BRIEF HISTORY : The Remount and Veterinary Corps Unit moved to its present location in 1955.
The Hospital provides medical and hospital facilities to the horses of
- NDA
- Artillery school, Deolali
- Armoured Corps School and Centre, Ahmednagar
- Indian Navy Polo Team
 The dogs stationed with the Air Force at Pune are also provided medical cover by the RVC.
The hospital is equipped with the latest equipment for diagnostics, treatment and care of horses, canines and other pets.
