Adjutant : Major Pradeep Karan Rathore

principal      Major Pradeep Karan Rathore is an alumnus of 106th Course of the National Defence Academy and 116th Regular Course of the Indian Military Academy. The officer got commissioned into the 11th Battalion of the Jammu & Kashmir Rifles on 11th Jun 2005.

     The officer has served in all types of terrain including the Counter Insurgency /Counter Terrain infested areas of the NE & J & K, Desert & Semi Desert terrain of Rajasthan & Punjab and also the High Attitude Areas of North & NE. The officer has also had the privilege of serving at “The World’s Highest Battle Field” - The Siachen Glacier as a Complex Commander & as a UN Peacekeeper in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The officer was also posted as Aide-de-Camp to GOC-in-C Northern Command during 2009-2010.

     For his various acts of gallantry & distinguished service the officer has been awarded with Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card & GOC-in-C Eastern Command Commendation Card in the year 2008, and GOC-in-C Northern Command Commendation Card in the year 2010.

     After graduating with the 71st Staff Course at the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, the officer took over the prestigious appt of the Adjutant National Defence Academy on 06 Jun 2016.
